On the previous date of hearing i.e. on 15.10.2019 this court had asked the respondents No.1&2 to file an affidavit in respect of submissions made by the learned senior counsel, then appearing for the respondents, on their expressing inability to comply with the directives given by this court on 27.04.2018 passed in WPS No. 48 of 2012. The respondents have moved an application for review/modification of the said order dated 15.10.2019. Today when the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the respondents No.1to4 produced a document obtained from the office of the respondent No.5 whereby details of provident fund dues credited in the account of petitioner was made available. In the light of the document produced by the counsel for the respondents No.
1to4, he submits that now the order dated 27.04.2018 passed by this court could be complied with at the earliest and he prays reasonable time for compliance of that order.
would be served in keeping the contempt petition pending any further.
Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of expecting the respondents to comply with the order dated 27.04.2018 passed in WPS No.48 of 2012 within a period of 21 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The authorities are expected to honour their words that they have made before the court.
