1. Grievance of the petitioner is that on his private agricultural land, the tower were installed and the high tension electricity lines are being laid. Despite the fact that the petitioner has made a representation to the Secretary, Revenue and it is being forwarded to the Power Grid Corporation by letter dated 03.07.2020 (Annexure P-4), no compensation has been paid since 2017. It is stated that Khasra No.751/4 at Village Khisor, Tahsil Berla is being affected by such activities of the respondent Power Grid Corporation.

2. Perusal of the documents would show that the petitioner had made an application to the Secretary, Revenue and incidentally the said application was forwarded to the S.D.O. and the S.D.O. in turn has directed by letter

-2dated 03.07.2020 (Annexure P-4) to Power Grid Corporation to grant compensation.

3. Since already the communication are being made by the State authorities for grant of compensation, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the Collector/District Magistrate Bemetara with a copy of the relevant letter within a period of one month and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with the Works of Licensees Rules, 2006 within a period of 90 days.
