This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 18.11.2016 passed by this Court in WPS No. 405/2005 on the submission that the respondent No. 3 in the original application directed to take decision against the ACR of the petitioner, till date, no decision has been made.

I find, that in the original application, respondent No. 3 is Directorate of Collegiate Education M.P. Bhopal. During the course of hearing, it was neither pointed out nor any correction in cause title was made to implead Directorate of Collegiate Education, Chhattisgarh. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was allocated to the State of Chhattisgarh. Therefore, the contempt proceedings cannot be initiated against the present respondents. 3.
