Be that as it may, appellant is unrepresented since last two hearings. It appears that the appellant is reluctant in prosecution of the case. 4.

Consequently, the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 03.12.2010 passed by the Family Court, Rajnandgaon, in Civil Suit No. 29-A/2009 is liable to be and is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.

No order as to costs.
