The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by transfer orders of posting issued within few months which is going on since last one and half year.

By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of transfer order dated 14-08-2017 & 01-09-2017. This petition has been filed in the month of January, 2018 long after the transfer order of posting orders were

issued. Therefore, at this stage this Court is not inclined to interfere with the orders which have been passed in the month of August and September, 2017. Looking to the nature of ground that the petitioner has been frequently transferred, it would be appropriate to direct the State Government to examine the petitioner's grievance against the frequent transfer orders. The petitioner had already preferred a representation to Divisional Forest Officer. 2.

Considering that the order dated 14-08-2017 was passed by the State Government and that the petitioner has been shifted from one place to other place too frequently, it would be appropriate to direct the Secretary, Department of Forest to looking into the matter and issue necessary directives in the matter of petitioner's frequent transfer of posting to avoid unnecessary harassment. Let a decision on petitioner's representation be taken within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
