Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Collector, District Durg be directed to take appropriate action against the encroachers / respondents herein.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make representation before the Collector, District Durg for redressal of his grievance who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of petitioner's representation after hearing the affected parties strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
