1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is for a direction to the respondents for issuance of a proper correct mark sheet of the petitioner for MA final examination which the petitioner had appeared under the Pt. Sunder Lal Sharma (Open) University, Bilaspur.

2. According to the petitioner, in Annexure P-1, in one of the subjects, he has been shown as absent whereas he has obtained the document Annexure P-3 which shows that he had appeared in the practical examination as is evident from the roll number prescribed therein which according to the petitioner proves of his submitting the answer sheet.

The second prayer that the petitioner has made is for a direction to the respondents to consider and decide his representation which is pending since long.

3. Taking into consideration the submissions which the petitioner has made, let the Registrar of the respondent No.1 University look into the grievance of the petitioner and an appropriate order be passed at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to produce all other relevant documents to prove that he was not in fact absent on the said date.
