1. Pursuant to order dated 29.04.2019, a notice was issued to the prosecutrix to remain present before this Court on today date. Prosecutrix is present before this Court today. Her presence is marked. On being asked regarding grant of bail to the Applicant, prosecutrix has no objection on this point.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after examination of the prosecutrix and some other material witnesses relating to age of the prosecutrix

before the Trial Court.
