The Present case was earlier called on 24.08.2015 but since there was no representation on two rounds on behalf of the Petitioner, the case was passed over and it has come up for hearing on 03.09.2015. 2.

On 03.09.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner, therefore the case was again passed over for today. 3.

Also, inspite of the matter being called out on two rounds today yet there is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner.

In absence of any representation on behalf of the Petitioner this Court is left with no other option than to dismiss the Petition for want of prosecution. 5.
