1. Mr. V.G. Tamaskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that though the petitioner has worked on the post of

Honorarium Teacher, but arrears of salary for the said period has not been paid for which he had already made representation and that has not been considered and decided.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner's pending representation for arrears of salary and decide the same by a speaking and reasoned order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
