The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the action on the part of the respondents in granting the additional charge of the post of Agriculture Engineer at the Jagdalpur circle to the respondent No.4.

According to the petitioner, admittedly he is senior to the respondent No.4 and is presently working as an Assistant Agriculture Engineer at Dantewada and the respondent No.4 also is working on the post of Assistant Agriculture Engineer and the petitioner is much senior to the respondent No.4, and therefore if at all, if the charge of the

Agriculture Engineer had to be given, the same ought to had been provided to the petitioner rather than the respondent No.4. He further submits that now as a consequence of the impugned order of appointing the respondent No.4 as an Incharge Agriculture Engineer for Jagdalpur circle, the petitioner though being senior to the respondent No.4 would have to receive instructions from a junior officer, who has been made the Incharge Agriculture Engineer, which according to the petitioner is contrary to the circulars of the State Government so far as granting of charge is concerned. 3.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner approach the respondents No.2 & 3 in this regard by way of a representation supported with all relevant documents within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The respondents No.2 & 3 in turn shall duly scrutinize the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with the rules and circulars governing the field and decide the representation at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
