In this writ application, relief sought was for issuance of a permanent OBC caste certificate. The counter affidavit at paragraph 2 states that after considering the application, it has been rejected on 20.6.2011. 2.

The writ application has therefore become infructuous and if the Petitioner is aggrieved, he is required to challenge the order afresh in accordance with law.
