1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.13/17, registered at Police Station Jainagar, Dist. Surajpur, for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366, 376 (घ), 306, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seek permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
