Sam Koshy Order On Board 27/04/2018 The grievance of the petitioner is that subsequent to the disposal of the earlier writ petition i.e. WP No. 239 of 2006 on 04.01.2012, his case was duly considered by the High Power Committee constituted by the State Government in respect of the dispute pertaining to pension and retiral dues and an order was passed vide Annexure P-1 dated 12.06.2012 but the

details of the withdrawals made from the GPF account has till date not been satisfactorily explained or disclosed in the Annexure. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to approach the High Power Committee constituted by the State Govt. by making a suitable representation giving details from the records that are available with him which in turn may be scrutinized and verified by the High Power Committee taking into account the GPF pass book maintained by the Office of Accountant General as well as the Office of the employer State.

To the said proposal, the respondents do not have any objection. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a detail representation to respondent no.2 who in turn shall call upon respondents 3 & 4 to produce the GPF passbook maintained at their respective Office including the entire records pertaining to the periodical withdrawals if any made by the petitioner and thereafter giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner pass a suitable order.
