1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application dated 06.11.2020 for grant of parole is pending before the Collector, Gourela-PendraMarwahi, C.G.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner's application will be decided.

3. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the concerned Collector is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
