The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call for entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to hold a seat for the petitioner unitl the disposal of representation filed by the petitioner.

10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. 10.4 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which may deem fit." 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the relief sought for is only to cause the representation preferred by the Petitioner

before the 2nd Respondent to be considered. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue pertains to admission to the MBBS course pursuant to the NEET examination conducted by the competent authority. It is also seen that the last date for giving admission as per the relevant proceedings and also the orders passed by the Apex Court was on '15.01.2021'. In the said circumstance, by causing the representation with regard to the grievance to be considered will not take the Petitioner any where.
