Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09/01/2018 While learned counsel for the petitioner comes out with a grievance that the appeal of the petitioner against the order of penalty of removal from service filed before respondent No.3 / General Manager, SECL, Chirmiri area on 13/09/2017 has not been decided, learned counsel for respondent / SECL would submit that the petitioner has submitted appeal before an incompetent authority. According to him, the appeal would lie before the Director (Personnel), SECL, Head Office, Bilaspur. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the said statement, seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit the appeal before the Director (Personnel).
