1. The relief sought through for by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondents for releasing retiral dues with interest.

2. The respondents in their return have categorically taken a stand that all dues payable to the petitioner has since been paid.

3. On previous two occasions this court has been asking the parties to remain present, but the petitioner as have not entered appearance before the court though the officers of the respondents are present on both the dates. The counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is not being able to be contacted.

4. Given the aforesaid facts, accepting the stand that has taken by the respondents that the petitioner has been paid all his retiral dues, the present petition stands disposed of. However, in case if there is any dues unpaid to the petitioner, he would be at liberty to move appropriate application giving the details of unpaid dues to the respondents which the respondents shall consider after due scrutiny of the records at the earliest.
