The proceedings of this matter have been taken up through Video Conferencing.

Mr. S. P. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is working as Upper Division Teacher in the establishment of respondent No.3, but he has not been given the annual increment for the year 2000 and time scale pay since 24.12.2013, whereas he is being paid since 24.12.2015. The petitioner has also made representations (Annexure-P/2) before the respondent authorities, but the same has not been considered and decided till date, Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the representations of the petitioner in accordance with law, on its own merits, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court if any cause of action still survives after disposal of the representation.
