1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private respondents have taken money from the petitioner for giving job to him but the job has not been provided, as such, the cognizable offence has been made out.

2. It appears from the documents filed by the petitioner the matter has inquired by the Police and Police has found that it is the matter of mutual transaction of money and no congnizable offence is made out and, as such, FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of that above, petitioner is at liberty to file complaint under Section 156(3) or Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
