PUD has been received from the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) with a request for extension of time to dispose of Session Trial No. R-51/2017 pending before that court.

This Court, while disposing of MCRC No. 6771 of 2019 on 06.11.2019, directed the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

Considered on the request mentioned in the PUD and on that basis, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. The time granted earlier is further extended for a period of four months from the date, this order is passed.
