1. A request letter has been received from the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, C.G. making a request fo extension of the time granted for concluding the trial in Sessions Trial No.R-58/2017.

2. This Court had while disposing off the M.Cr.C. No.3884 of 2019 dated 29.07.2019 directed the Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of 10 months.

3. After considering on the reasons mentioned for the delay I feel convinced, therefore, I feel inclined to allow the request. The request made in the P.U.D. is allowed and a further period of six months is granted for conclusion of trial in the Court concerned.
