1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that petitioner has not been given salary for the period 13.08.2010 to 30.09.2013 for which he has already made representation before respondent No.3 but it has not been considered and decided yet.

2. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation for non payment of salary for the period 13.08.2010 to 30.09.2013 within four weeks from today before respondent No.3 and that will be considered and decided by respondent No.3 within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
