1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner so far as unpaid salary to the petitioner for the month June 2017 and for the month February 2018.

2. According to the petitioner, he has already made a representation in this regard to the respondent No. 2.

3. Given the said facts, in-addition to the representation already made, let the petitioner again make a fresh representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 in respect of his grievance and the

-2respondents No. 2 & 3 in-turn shall decide the claim of the petitioner and settled the same in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
