The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for considering his representation so far as transferring the petitioner from the scheduled area to a non-scheduled area. 2.

According to the petitioner, he has been working in a scheduled area for last more than 22 years and has been approaching the authorities considered for a suitable transfer in a non-scheduled area.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition stands disposed of at this juncture directing the respondent No.1 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and to take appropriate steps

in accordance with the Rules and Policies governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
