For Respondent-State.

:

Mr. Bhupendra Singh, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 24/08/2015 1.

Learned Counsel for the State submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition the Respondents have considered the case of the Petitioner and have redressed her grievance and the amount has also been paid to the Petitioner on 5.10.2011, that is much subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition and as such the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.

Today, no one is present on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that in the light of Annexure R-1 whereby the Petitioner has been paid the relief that she had been seeking, the Petitioner does not want to pursue the Writ Petition any further.

3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
