Petitioners seek a direction to the Collector, Raipur to declare government land as abadi land.

Declaration of a particular part of land in a village as abadi land is dealt with under Chapter XIX, Sections 233 to 246 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959.

Let the petitioners move before the concerned Collector in accordance with the provisions contained in the Code, 1959, as indicated above.
