Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition.

There is delay of 121 days in filing this revision petition and the application for condonation of delay does not mention in specific reason of the delay. Further the order impugned is dated 13.06.2019, passed in Misce. Criminal Case No.94 of 2017, in which the applicant has contested the case, therefore, the ground of his ignorance can not be accepted, therefore, the application does not deserve to be allowed, which is dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal revision is also dismissed. However, if the applicant has any grievance, he is at liberty to file application under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. before the Family Court itself. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
