1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for extension of time for compliance of the directions given by this Court on 10.12.2020 in WPS 5171/2020.
2. The issue revolves around the suspension of the petitioner i.e. respondent no.1 in the present MCC. The suspension order was issued on 06.08.2020, since the order of suspension remained in operation for more than 3 months the petitioner approached this Court for an appropriate direction in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Ajay Kumar
Choudhary v. Union of India through its Secretary and Anr. [2015 (7) SCC 291], the writ petition was disposed of directing the respondents to reconsider and take a decision within 30 days.
3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to administrative reasons decision could not be taken on the issue and the same is under consideration and the same shall be decided at the earliest.
4. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the applicant, the present MCC at this stage stands allowed and disposed of directing the applicants to ensure that the order passed by this Court on 10.12.2020 is duly complied with, within a further period of 30 days starting from today.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
