1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to an order of removal dated 25.11.2020.

2. The order of removal passed under the provision of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966. The order under challenge is an appealable order under the said Rule.

3. From the records, it appears that the petitioner has not preferred an appeal and has straightaway filed the present writ petition. Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of removal, the writ petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal to the authorities concerned within a period of 30 days and the Appellate Authority in turn shall consider and decide the appeal within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of appeal.

-24. Meanwhile, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned authorities in the department so far as non granting/ releasing of subsistence allowance for the period he was not paid the subsistence allowance which too the Respondents must consider and decide..
