ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 15.01.2016 challenging the selection list of Block Bilaigarh, Distt. Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara issued by Respondent No1.

Shri Kishan Lal Sahu submits that he already retired from the present post after attaining the age of superannuation and therefore, does not want to press this Petition.
