Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the year 2014, nothing has transpired and as such the petitioners seek withdrawal of the the petition with liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action arises in future.

As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
