1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that her husband late Shri Jugal Kishore Singh working as an Upper Division Teacher at the Government Middle School Hardi Matra District Durg, (C.G.) died in harness on 14/03/2018.

2. According to the petitioner though almost 10 months have lapsed, the petitioner has not been paid death cum retiral dues payable to the petitioner and only a few months of pension was released during the intervening period. He further submits that he has also made a couple of representations in this regard to the authorities but no substantial relief has been obtained by the petitioner.

3. Given the nature of dispute in the opinion of this Court, the present writ petition can be disposed off with direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to ensure that all the dues payable to the petitioner on the death of her husband is released to her at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from today, if the same till date has not been released.
