1. This is an application for refund of Court fee pertaining to National Lok Adalat award vide order dated 10.02.2018 pased in F.A. No. 137 of 2010.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits as per Section 21 of the Legal Service Authority Act, 1987, every award of the Lok Adalat shall be deemed to be a decree of a civil court or, as the case may be, an order of any other court and where a compromise or settlement has been arrived at by a Lok Adalat in a case referred to it under sub-section (1) of section 20, the court-fee paid in such case shall be refunded in the manner

provided under the Court fees Act, 1870 and as per Section 16 of Court Fees Act, 1870.

3. In view of the above, the applicants are entitled for returning of Court fees after submission of the award before the Collector, Raipur.

4. With the above observation, the instant MCC stands disposed of.
