1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. He further prays for liberty to file fresh petition as and when occasion arises in future.

2. Accepting the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
