The counsel for the respondents submits that, the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 4397 of 2018 d/on 05/07/2018 has since been duly complied with and the petitioner's appeal has been decided and he has also been taken back in service on the revocation of suspension order. 2.

On the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that, substantial compliance has since been done by the respondents.
