1. Perused the report received from Central Jail, Bilaspur (C.G.) wherein, it is reported that Appellant has already been released from jail on 24.07.2019 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that he doesn't want to press this appeal as the Appellant has already completed his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
