Without entering into the merits of the case, present writ petition it its present form stands disposed off with direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the rules and circulars governing the field. It is expected that the authorities would take a decision expeditiously on the representation (Annexure P-8) which is pending consideration before them since October, 2018 onwards preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
