• Abdul Kalam S/o Bigna Musalman Aged About 55 Years R/o Village Sai Tangartoli, Police Station Jashpur, District Jashpur Chhattisgarh , Chhattisgarh ---- Respondent Smt. Hamida Siddiqui, Dy.AG for appellant/State. Division Bench: Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava & Hon'ble Smt. Justice Vimla Singh Kapoor Order On Board 05/01/2021 1.
Learned State counsel prays for grant of leave to appeal. 2.
Even, we are inclined to condone the delay in filing the instant petition, after going through the impugned judgment of acquittal and particularly taking into consideration the evidence with regard to identification and recovery of looted articles from the accused, we are of the considered opinion that the present is not a fit case for grant of leave to appeal. 3.
In the result, the petition is dismissed.
