1) As all the MCRCs arise out of same crime number, they are being heard and disposed of by this common order.

2) The applicants have preferred this First Bail Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as they are in jail since 08.10.2020 in connection with Crime No. 344/2020 registered at Police Station- Manendragarh, District- Korea (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 419, 420, 120 B of I.P.C.

3) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw these applications as the trial has already concluded and these bail applications have became infructuous.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, all these applications stand dismissed as withdrawn for having become infructuous.

7) Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the applicants on their furnishing true authenticated photocopy of the same.
