1. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 8046/2019, which got dismissed by virtue of the peremptory order dated 01.10.2019.

2. For the reasons assigned in the MCC and the submission made by the counsel for the applicant, subject to the applicant paying an amount of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of 7 days and on producing the receipt of the same, the WPS No. 8046/2019 would stand restored to its original number with a further rider that the default, if any, should be cured within a further period of 10 days, failing which the order passed in the present MCC will loose its efficacy.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present MCC stands disposed of.

4. Let copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 8046/2019.
