1. Mr.K.N.Nande, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner is entitled for seniority, arrears, promotion, increments, higher pay scale and pay fixation with all consequential benefits from the date of termination dated 11.1994 till the date of reinstatement in service dated 1.7.2010 and he should be treated as senior most employee in that division, for which he may be allowed to make a representation before respondent No.2 within four weeks, which may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously.
2. Mr.K.R.Nair, learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4, would submit that if such a representation is made, that will be considered and decided by the respondentsauthorities expeditiously.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to make a representation before respondent No.2 within 3 weeks from today. If such a representation is made, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the same within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation / direction, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
