1. The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is the order of transfer dated 26.09.2018 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Gharghoda, Raigarh to Surajpur.

2. According to the petitioner, immediately after the transfer he had given his joining at the transferred place but the same was not accepted by the authorities concerned and he has been trying repeatedly for the same and thereafter now finally he has approached the authorities on 06.01.2020 which too has not been accepted by the authorities concerned and for the intervening period till now the petitioner has not been paid any salary.

3. Given the limited dispute that the petitioner has, in the opinion of this court the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.1&2 to take steps in ensuring that the order of transfer so far as petitioner is concerned, is given effect to at the earliest and joining of the petitioner be considered in accordance with rules governing the field. The

-2authorities would also be at liberty to take an appropriate administrative decision in respect of absence from duty for the intervening period of the petitioner in accordance rules and regulations applicable upon the petitioner.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
