1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.01/2020, registered at Police Station Bango, District- Korba C.G. for offence punishable under Section 420 of the IPC.

2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed directly in the High Court without pleading as to what is the especial

MCRCA No. 108 of 2020 reason which prevented the applicant from approaching the Sessions Court. Thus, this bail application is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above, the bail application is rejected. However, the applicant may move before the Sessions Court and thereafter, if occasion so arises, he may approach the High Court.
