2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of parole/leave dated 17.10.2020 is pending before the Director General, Prisions & Correctional Services Chhatisgarh (respondent No.2).

3. Mr. Ravi Bhagat, learned State counsel, would submit that the petitioner's application will be decided.

4. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the petitioner's application within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
