In view of the documents filed by the respondent, it appears that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 2.

Shri Vaibhav Goverdhan, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that there is considerable delay in complying the order passed by this Court, therefore, the contempt still subsists. 3.

Considering the fact that the necessary orders have already been passed, it appears that the delay was not willful. Whatever delay has occasioned has been explained by the learned counsel for the respondent, therefore, the contempt petition is disposed of. 4.

The petitioner would be at liberty to assail the order passed by the respondent in a fresh writ petition.
