1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after institution of this writ petition, police has submitted closure report against the F.I.R. (Annex. P/2) registered on 28/7/2014 in Crime No. 156/14, therefore, the petitioner is permitted to challenge the closure report in accordance with law.

2. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said report in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Pawan
