1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C with a prayer to issue direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicant.

3. Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C is dismissed as withdrawn. It is directed that the trial Court shall expedite the trial and dispose off the case preferably within the period of 06 months from the date of receipt of this order.
