1. This is an application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 123/2016 registered at Police Station Sitapur, District Sarguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (h) of I.P.C. and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with a liberty to revive the same after the prosecutrix is examined before the Court.

3. Prayer is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
