1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though by order dated 11.10.2006 (Annexure P/1) after one year from the date of appointment, annual increment to be granted to the petitioner but it has not been implemented and now the petitioner has retired from the service but still benefit has not been granted, for which the petitioner has already made representation for extending the benefit of order dated 11.10.2006.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation within two weeks from today and that will be considered and decided by respondent No.3 by passing a reasoned and speaking order in light of order dated 11.10.2006 within 30 days from the date of receipt of representation.
4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands finally disposed off.
